The Repair Process.

We are a second generation Montreal based company specializing in the repair and restoration of high-grade watches and clocks. We repair and restore all calibers of Rolex watches, (Not affiliated nor sponsored by Rolex), Jaeger LeCoultre, Patek Philippe, Baume et Mercier, Vacheron Constantin, Tag Heuer, Omega, Tissot, Rado and all other Swiss watches.

We also repair Japanese watches such as Seiko Kinetic, Chronographs and Citizen Eco-drive. We also repair and restore all types of mechanical and quartz chronographs, both Swiss and Japanese made. Pocket watches are another one of our specialties. We repair and restore both American and European made pocket watches.

ALL repairs are performed by myself, Manuel Jean, CMW, formerly Master watchmaker at Henry Birks and Sons in Montreal. I'm a life member and CMW (Certified Master Watchmaker) of the AWCI (American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute) and a Swatchgroup certified watchmaker to work on all the chronographs and the most popular mechanical and quartz calibers.

We also repair and restore Grandfather clocks, wall clocks, mantel clocks, French Marble clocks, swinging clocks, gravity clocks, Tubular bell clocks and all other types of clocks in our factory.

Each and every job is handled with the utmost care and attention.

We have the best-equipped workshop in all of Canada. Our equipment includes two watch cleaning machines, modern watch timing and regulating machines, automatic winding testing machines, water based and vacuum waterproof checker, ultrasonic watch case and bracelet cleaning machine, steam cleaner, dual buffing machine, all types of case openers and a very long list of exclusive tools and equipment necessary for the repair of Rolex and other types of high grade watches.

We also have a distinct factory dedicated to the repair and restoration of antique and modern clocks.

All repairs are carried out in a professional and ethical manner by always maintaining the authenticity and originality of the said timepiece. When we encounter a broken part and it is obsolete or hand made, we are capable of manufacturing it on our lathe.

Our aim is always to return the watch to the customer the same way it first left the factory. Functioning well, and looking pristine. Unless the customer wishes the external appearance of the watch be left as is in the case of antique watches and clocks.
