Clock Brand or watch brand (if known) :
Description:

Describe to me the problem with the watch (or clock), and any additional repairs that you would like to have done. Such as dial refinishing, case repair, etc.
I respond in a few days after receipt of the clock with a repair estimate. No repairs will be performed without an approved estimate. Upon approval, I will begin the repair process, and when complete, I will advise you. Payment arrangements may be made at that time. After receipt of payment, the clock will be shipped back to you.

If you will follow these directions, your watch (or clock) will arrive safely. Select a strong, sturdy box, if possible, one that has not been used before. Meassure the height, width, and depth of your watch (or clock) and select a box that is at least 4" greater than each of these dimensions. In other words, there should be a minimum of 2" of packing surrounding the entire watch (or clock). Select a second box that is at least 4" greater than the dimensions of the first box. Use plenty of packing around the clock, and between the first and second box. If the clock has a pendulum, and / or weights, remove them and wrap them with 2 layers of bubble wrap. Be sure they are well padded from the clock proper. Remove any loose items from the inside of the clock.
Do not send keys! We have keys to fit everything. If you are using "peanuts" to pack, place your clock inside a plastic bag before packing (garbage bags work nicely). If your clock has large flat glass (such a kitchen clock), place a sheet of corrugated cardboard over the front of the clock before packing. Very, very important- Insure your clock for an appropriate amount. If all this seems to be too much of a hassle, you might consider printing these instructions out, and taking them along with your clock to one of the Pack and Ship services.
